Terms and Conditions
"the customer" means the person as stated over "the company" means h2Only Window Cleaners "the windows" means all glass including frames and conservatory windows "the property" means the address at which the customer requires our services "access" means accessible entry to the areas of the property requiring cleaning.
The company
- Agrees to clean the windows at the customer's property on a regular basis of approximately every 4 weeks as per our written quotation.
- Will take all reasonable care to clean the windows without inconvenience to the customer
- Will notify the customer by the preferred method 24 hours in advance of the expected cleaning.
- Cannot be held responsible for cancelled or delayed cleaning due to unforeseen circumstances, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather or other causes beyond our control
- Will endeavour to clean all windows upon the designated date or as soon as feasibly possible after that date.
- Will offer a further free clean should the customer not be satisfied with the previous clean.
- Will not be responsible for the removal of paint, concrete, mortar or other none general everyday airborne dirt from the windows.
- Will take all reasonable precautions and care not to damage the windows but cannot be held responsible for flaking paint, damage to decaying windows or loose leading in windows.
- Will not endeavour to clean windows that we feel are in poor condition or likely to suffer damage from cleaning due to their poor condition generally.
- Will apply an anti-freeze solution to areas retaining water from our cleaning if severe cold weather is expected after the cleaning.
- Will provide a VAT receipt upon request for cleaning once completed
- Will discount the cleaning cost as per our quotation for all 12 month contracts
- Will cancel the customers contract if the customer moves to an area that the company cannot service
The customer
- Accepts our quotation for the cleaning of their windows.
- Will close all windows on the day of the cleaning should they be leaving the property vacant.
- Will leave or make instantly available access to all areas of the property to allow the company to clean all of the windows on the notified cleaning day. If access is not available our operator will clean all accessible windows and charge for the clean at the normal complete property rate.
- Will call us within 24 hours of a clean if they have any reason to be dissatisfied.
- Will make payment upon request by telephone or personal request from the company within 24 hours.
- Will provide 1 months notice of cancellation of the cleaning contract. Any cleans at a discounted rate in the current 12 months contract must be paid for by the customer at the non discounted rate.
- Will automatically renew their 12 month contract each year with the company unless 1 months notice in writing is provided.
- Will notify the company if they are moving from the property
- Will continue their contract should they move to a new property within the area serviced by the company
- Will provide regular payment and agree to a scheduled payment to be provided automatically after each clean.
