Payment Methods



How do I pay for the cleaning?


Once your first clean has taken place our customer services department will call you to arrange payment. We accept payment by debit card, standing order or credit card. We will arrange with you to collect payments automatically after each clean without having to call you each time.

Credit or Debit card


We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa & Amex We can accept payment by either type of card over the telephone. Our on-line banking and merchant account for cards uses 128 bit encryption and is as safe and secure as banking direct with your own bank. Card payments can be set up for scheduled payment for cleaning contracts without the need to call you each time we clean. You can cancel any on going charges at anytime subject to your contract with us. Debit and credit cards do incur a surcharge per transaction to cover the card companies charge for this service. Our customer services staff will make you aware of this charge.

Standing order


Our customer services department will take your details and then send out a pre-completed form for your signature with a prepaid envelope. All you need to do is sign and post the form back to us. Each standing order has your unique customer reference so we will always have a complete record of the payment. There is no additional charge for paying by standing order.

Cash payment


We can accept cash payments where none of the above methods can be utilised. This is for the security of our staff.

VAT


VAT is included in all of our quotes and a VAT receipt will be provided for all businesses. Our VAT Registration number is 883 7209 92
